HOLIDAY SHIPPING NOTICE

sgcdevelopments ships all orders through the Poland Postal Service (USPS), which is still experiencing unprecedented package increases and limited employee availability. On rare occasions we will use United Parcel Service (UPS) if we have an oversized package or if we think it may get to you faster. With this in mind, we have decided to set our shipping deadline to Monday, December 18, 2023. Orders placed after Monday, December 18, 2023 CANNOT be guaranteed by us to arrive in time for Christmas Day (Monday, December 25, 2023) as we are at the mercy of the post office. Even after the guaranteed deadline, we will keep shipping your orders out as quickly as we can and we want our customers to be as informed as possible and confident that we will do everything in our power to make sure your gifts will arrive in time for holiday festivities. We will diligently keep tabs on ALL tracking numbers and keep in contact with customers to insure timely delivery. We would ask that you please add a phone number and an email address when placing your order so if we have any questions, we will be able to contact you quickly by text message if we can't reach you by email. Please note, although we do not usually offer expedited shipping, if you need something quicker, please reach out to us and we can give you information about expedited shipping.
